Repair Policy & Procedure

  • Jewelry must be placed in a Ziplock or plastic bag ( please don't put loose beads in bubble mailer without a bag).
  •  Items must be placed in bubble mailer and have tracking. 
  • Please insure the package so if it’s lost the postal service can pay you!! I am not responsible for lost packages. Please get tracking. 
  • Please provide me with tracking information so I can be on the lookout for your package on the ETA provided on the receipt.

Invoice is sent once repairs are inspected. once invoice is paid repairs will be worked on. Please allow up to 21 days for repairs to be completed . Please note timeframe start once repair is paid.  
If repairs aren’t paid within 30 days your items will be forfeited. 

 


MISSING BEADS ARE CHARGED BY THE BEAD. IF BEADS AREN’T IN THE BEST CONDITION OR ARE FULL OF DIRT INSIDE THAT BLOCKS REWIRE . Additional fee may be added.
