Missing Items / USPS Delivery Policy
At SnatchedWrists, every order is carefully handmade, packaged, and shipped with care. Once your order has been completed and handed over to USPS, it is officially out of our possession.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but items are missing, please note:
- SnatchedWrists is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items once the package has been marked as delivered by USPS

- It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with USPS for any missing or stolen items
- Claims must be submitted directly through USPS using your tracking number
- We are unable to replace or refund items that are marked as delivered

My role is to make your order with care and ship it out. Once USPS takes possession, all delivery-related issues must be handled directly with them.
